The alumni talk on “Grow Where You Are Planted” was organized by REVA Business School in association with the REVA University Alumni Association on April 24, 2026, at Chanakya Auditorium. The session was delivered by Bajan Achaiah K B, an alumnus of the institution and currently serving as a Global Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, Bengaluru. The talk centered on the idea that true growth does not depend on ideal conditions but on an individual’s ability to make the most of available opportunities and circumstances. The speaker emphasized that many successful professionals begin their journeys in ordinary situations but achieve excellence through perseverance, adaptability, and a strong growth mindset.
