As part of the continuous initiatives of the Alumni Cell, School of ECE, REVA University, an outreach activity was successfully organized to highlight the spirit of social responsibility among the alumni fraternity. The activity was led by Mr. Gurudeep S. Jadav, a distinguished alumnus of the School of ECE, who is presently working as a Data Transformation Analyst at Allium India Solutions Private Limited – Accuris. To commemorate his birthday, Mr. Jadav chose to celebrate the occasion at Karnataka Sneha Jeevi Ashrama, an old age home located in Prakruthi Nagar, Kogilu, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, where nearly fifty elders reside. As part of the event, Mr. Jadav extended his support by donating towards the provision of food for the residents. This noble gesture brought immense joy to the elderly and stands as a testament to the values of empathy, gratitude, and service to society—principles which the Alumni Cell actively seeks to foster within the REVA community. The outreach activity was witnessed by Dr. Ravi Shankar D, Alumni, Club and Forum Vertical Head, School of ECE, REVA University, along with alumni members Mr. Kaushik S., Mr. Sachin, and Mr. Tejaswin from the 2024 graduating batch. Their participation enriched the occasion, reflecting the shared commitment of alumni to engage in meaningful social causes while strengthening bonds with their alma mater. The Alumni Cell, School of ECE, takes immense pride in facilitating and highlighting such activities, which not only connect alumni back to the University but also encourage them to contribute to society in impactful ways. This outreach initiative is one among the many being regularly organized by the Alumni Cell, School of ECE, as part of its mission to engage alumni in service-oriented activities that bring societal benefit.
