Industrial Visit to DTDC Integrated Apex

As part of our MBA academic curriculum, we had the opportunity to visit DTDC Express Limited, one of India's leading courier and logistics companies, on 2/9/2025. The visit aimed to provide us with practical exposure to logistics and supply chain management, areas that are critical for the smooth functioning of businesses in today's competitive world. DTDC, established in 1990 and headquartered in Bengaluru, is well known for its extensive domestic and international delivery network. During the visit, we gained valuable insights into DTDC's operations such as parcel handling, warehousing, last-mile delivery, technology integration, and customer service mechanisms. The experience allowed us to connect classroom learning with real-world practices and understand how logistics companies like DTDC ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in delivering goods.
